This is a Complete Set of Fittings and Hoses to connect your Factory Nissan or Infiniti Brake Booster to the LS intake Manifold. The hose barb fitting on Nissan and Infiniti brake boosters is 3/8" and most LS1 / LS2 / LS3 GM intake manifolds uses a 1/2" Brake Booster Vacuum Hose. Additionally, the factory Nissan check valve is integrated into the hoses that run behind the false firewall on 350Z, G35, 370Z, G37, and many other vehicles, making it difficult to adapt the factory Nissan hoses to the LS intake manifold. This kit includes all the parts needed to connect the two together for full functionality while simplifying the swap process.
This kit is Compatible with LS Swaps on 300ZX, 350Z, G35, 240SX, 370Z, G37 Cars & More.
Included in this kit:
- 4" of 1/2 Vacuum Hose (For connection of the Intake Manifold to the Reducer Barb)
- 1/2 to 3/8 Adapter Hose Barb
- 36" of 3/8 Vacuum Hose (Cut to Fit between Reducer Barb and Check Valve)
- OEM Nissan Brake Booster Check Valve (Directional, Grey towards Booster)
- 3/8 90 Degree Elbow (For connection of Check Valve to Brake Booster)
- Firewall Grommet (Not used in all applications)
Additional Comments:
- Kit does not include any hose clamps. Naturally aspirated engines do not create positive pressure and there is no risk of hose blowoff. If used on a boosted application it is the customers responsibility to add hose clamps at all connection points.
- Nissan and Infiniti Applications with False Firewall. This kit requires drilling a 5/8" hole through the false firewall to feed the 3/8" hose through. A grommet is included (not shown in pictures).
