The LOJ Conversions Gen III/IV Chevrolet LT Engine into 370Z / G37 Basic Swap kit is the most economical engine installation package available for the Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G37. This kit has been engineered specifically for the 370Z to make the installation of your Gen 5 LT engine and T56 6-Speed GM Manual Transmission as simple as possible. Every component required to successfully bolt an LTx Gen 5 engine into your 370Z is included with this kit.
This kit uses a GM T56 Manual Transmission (F-Body, GTO, or Magnum T56, NOT TR6060)

NOTE! L86/L83 and other Gen 5 engines that were mated to automatic transmission from the factory have a crankshaft that is NOT compatible with a T56 manual transmission due to the pilot bearing area of the crankshaft NOT being machined to accept a pilot bearing. It you want to run a manual transmission behind one of these engines, use your Nissan transmission without our adapter plate!
The BASIC Kit Includes:
- LOJ LTx to 370Z Motor Mounts (CNC Cut and Bent Motor Mount Brackets, Billet Aluminum Mount Pedestals with Energy Suspension Polyurethane Inserts, Brackets are powdercoated for durability and include hardware)
- LOJ 370Z Swap Billet Aluminum Transmission Mount for T56 Manual Transmission with Energy Suspension Transmission Mount (Transmission is Relocated to the rear)
- LOJ LTx to 370Z Oil Pan (7qt Capacity, Road Race Baffling, Dipstick, Pickup Tube, Includes -10AN Fittings for Filter Relocation Kit (Not Included))
- Includes Steel Driveshaft (Aluminum or CARBON FIBER Optional; 370Z/G37; Steel not available to G37 due to length and driveshaft critical speed)
Note: Installation of this kit WILL require minor modifications to the transmission tunnel to clear the bellhousing and transmission. Secondary firewall will also need to be modified to clear larger Gen 5 Valve Covers and Coil Packs.
