These headers are made exclusively for LOJ Conversions by renowned header manufacturer Kooks! You simply will not find a finer quality header anywhere!
LOJ Conversions 350z / G35 HEMI Swap Headers are constructed of 100% USA Sourced T304 Aircraft Quality Stainless Steel, with mandrel bent 1.875” ID primaries and 3” collectors. The flanges are 3/8" thick laser cut stainless steel. The headers are welded at the flanges, the inside of the ports are hand ground for maximum flow, and the flanges are machined flat after welding is complete.
The collectors feature full flow construction with internal scavenging spikes for maximum performance. The headers include new gaskets and bolts for attachment to your cylinder heads. These headers are custom made for the 350Z / G35 engine bay and are designed to fit perfectly when using the LOJ Conversions 350Z / G35 Engine Swap Kits!!
These headers carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser covered by Kooks.
There are TWO modifications to the car REQUIRED for the fitment of these headers.
- The clutch line tab on the drivers framerail must be removed and the factory line rerouted, or a one piece stainless brake line fitted.
- The fuel line on the passenger framerail must be bent out of the way and rerouted to clear the header.
Both of these modifications are required for additional clearance. The Hemi is a large engine, and while we made every attempt to negate these modifications, it simply ended up being required for ample clearance to both the steering column and the starter.
The optional connection pipes will allow these headers to connect to any stock or aftermarket Y-Pipe on these chassis. They are 3" slip fit to the headers and neck down to 2.5" to meet the Y-Pipe. If you would like to run a complete 3" exhaust, do not purchase the connection pipes, your entire exhaust system will be custom.
